This Privacy Policy explains how Pro Mobile ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, games, and apps.

Information we collect
- Contact info you provide (e.g., support emails).
- Account info if you sign up (email, password, phone number).
- Gameplay and usage data (e.g., levels completed, sessions, feature usage).
- Device and log data (IP address, device IDs, OS version, app version, crash logs).
- Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data, if ads are shown.
- Push notification tokens, if you opt in to notifications.
- Cookies and similar technologies on the website.
How we use information
- Provide and operate our services (including hosting and gameplay features).
- Improve performance, stability, and user experience.
- Communicate with you and respond to support requests.
- Deliver and measure advertising (if enabled).
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
Service providers
We use third-party services to operate our products. We distinguish between infrastructure (necessary for the service) and analytics and advertising (which may require consent in some regions).
Infrastructure (no consent required)
These are used to run the app and website and do not require consent:

- Firebase Realtime Database
- Cloud Functions for Firebase
- Firebase Authentication
- Firebase Remote Config
- Firebase Crashlytics
We may also use app store services (Apple App Store, Google Play). Session cookies, auth tokens, and data stored for game state or security are treated as strictly necessary.
Analytics and advertising

Analytics and consent (by platform)
Consent rules differ between our apps and our website, because the website uses cookies and similar storage, which triggers additional requirements in the EU/EEA/UK.
In our apps (iOS and Android)
Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics for aggregated usage statistics (e.g. to improve our games). Analytics is enabled by default. We do not use advertising identifiers for analytics or link analytics to ad networks. Under applicable law (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK), this may be based on legitimate interest, so we do not show a consent dialog at app launch for analytics. You can turn analytics on or off in the game’s settings (or by contacting us).
Advertising: We use Google AdMob to show ads in our apps. Personalized ads may use advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android). Where required (e.g. Apple’s App Tracking Transparency on iOS, or consent in the EEA/UK), we ask for your consent before using ad identifiers for personalized ads. If you decline, we may show non-personalized ads or limit ad use as permitted by the platform and applicable law.
On our website
We show a consent dialog with options to accept (necessary cookies, optional analytics, and optional advertising) or manage preferences. Analytics and personalized/tracking ads are not pre-selected: we do not load analytics or use cookies for personalized ads until you have actively agreed (e.g. by accepting or by enabling them in the manage screen). We may show contextual or non-personalized ads (e.g. HTML5/display ads) where permitted without consent. In the EU/EEA/UK, prior consent for non-essential cookies and personalized ads is required under ePrivacy and cookie laws. You can change your choice at any time (e.g. via cookie or consent preferences). Refusing or withdrawing does not affect your use of the site. Outside the EU/EEA/UK, disclosure in this policy may be sufficient where the law does not require a consent banner.
Cookies and consent
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, measure usage, and deliver ads. On the website, analytics and personalized advertising are off by default; we only load analytics or use cookies for personalized ads after you have actively agreed (e.g. via the consent dialog). You can refuse consent or change your choice at any time (e.g. via our cookie or consent preferences, or by contacting us).
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
When applicable, we process data based on: legitimate interests (service operation, security, improvements; and in apps, aggregated analytics without ad IDs where consent is not required); contract necessity (providing requested features, game state, auth); and your consent (non-essential cookies, analytics on the website, personalized ads in apps and on the website where used, and notifications where required). You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by data type and provider.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data. Where we rely on legitimate interest for analytics (e.g. in our apps without advertising IDs), we provide an opt-out where feasible (e.g. in app settings or by contacting us). You can make requests by contacting us.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us to request deletion.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
