Scope

These Terms apply to pro-mobile.nl, Smartle (iOS and Android), and all current and future Pro Mobile games and apps.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Accounts

If an account is required, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the services.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not use the services for unlawful or harmful activity.

Third-party services

Purchases and subscriptions

If any in-app purchases or subscriptions are offered, they are handled by the app store provider and subject to their terms. All sales are final unless required by law.

Ads and promotions

We show advertising in our apps (e.g. via Google AdMob) and on our website (e.g. display or HTML5 ads). Ads may be personalized where you have consented; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle consent and data. We are not responsible for third-party ad content or offers.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without liability.

Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and game assets are owned by Pro Mobile or its licensors. You may not use them without permission.

Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Mobile will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Pro Mobile harmless from claims arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
